SalesforceRevenue Cloud

Revenue Cloud, built for the way
    your business actually bills.

From order to invoice to renewal, we build Revenue Cloud systems sales can sell on, finance can close the books on, and the business can scale on.

    01 — Why Revenue Cloud

As your revenue model matures, Revenue Cloud grows with you.

Subscriptions, usage-based pricing, ramps, mid-term amendments, and more — when your revenue model outgrows your tech stack, the cost is real.

Revenue Cloud is built for that complexity, natively, on the Salesforce platform.

Quoting and contracts to billing and revenue recognition unified in one system. Finance has clean, audit-ready data. Leadership has one source of truth. Say goodbye to disparate spreadsheets. This is a new era for revenue management.

    02 — What we build

Architecture across the full revenue lifecycle.

    Product & price book architecture

A clean catalog of products: subscriptions, usage-based, one-time fees, and bundles, modeled so finance, sales and CS are on the same page.

    Order & amendment lifecycle

New business, upgrades, downgrades, and amendments handled natively. No spreadsheets, no rebuilding the order from scratch.

    Billing & invoicing automation

Usage metering, proration, consumption-based invoicing and dunning wired directly into Revenue Cloud, so the invoice matches what was actually sold.

    Renewals & expansion motions

Renewals generated from the live contract, not a stale spreadsheet. Expansion plays, price increases and auto-renew logic built into the system.

    Revenue recognition & ERP sync

Clean handoff to NetSuite, QuickBooks or Sage Intacct. RevRec schedules, deferred revenue and audit trail built in from day one.

    Revenue reporting & forecasting

ARR, NRR, pipeline, and leakage. One source of truth across sales, finance and the board deck.

03 — Why clients build with Skydog

Revenue Cloud is hard. We've done it before.

Most Revenue Cloud projects fail not because the product is broken — but because nobody designed the system around how the business actually sells, bills and renews.

    01

    Architected for your model.

Subscription, usage, hybrid, multi-year ramps — designed around your pricing and packaging to set reps up for success.

    02

    Sales and finance, same system.

We build the bridge so the AE, the controller and the CFO are all looking at the same order, the same invoice and the same number.

    03

    Audit-ready from day one.

RevRec schedules, billing trails and ERP sync designed in — not bolted on right before the audit.

    04

    Designed with growth in mind.

Your product offering will grow. Your pricing models will change. Skydog builds with scalability in mind, so you don't need to rebuild in 6 months.

Let's build a Revenue Cloud your business actually runs on.

    FAQ

    Common questions

    What is Salesforce Revenue Cloud?

Revenue Cloud is Salesforce's product-to-cash suite: product and price catalog, configure-price-quote, orders and amendments, billing and invoicing, and revenue reporting, all on the CRM record rather than in a separate quoting tool.

    Revenue Cloud or Salesforce CPQ?

Revenue Cloud is the current product direction and the right target for new builds. Existing Salesforce CPQ orgs can keep running, and we plan migrations phase by phase rather than as one cutover.

Can Revenue Cloud handle usage-based pricing?

Yes. Usage metering, consumption invoicing, proration, co-terms, and mid-term amendments are all modeled in the system, which is usually the reason teams move off spreadsheets.

How long does a Revenue Cloud implementation take?

Typically 12 to 20 weeks to first production billing run, driven mainly by how clean the product catalog and pricing rules are at the start.
