SalesforceFinancial Services Cloud

A CRM built around the client relationship

Skydog implements Financial Services Cloud for wealth managers, banks and insurers who need a single view of the client, the household and the book of business.

    01 — Your relationship foundation

It all starts with the client, the household and the book.

Financial Services Cloud is how a company decides to take its clients — and their households — seriously. Deep relationship data is the difference between compounding wallet share and losing it to the next advisor.

It's the foundation for the client experience.

Get this foundation right and scale advisors, bankers and RMs with Agentforce, self-service portals and connected data across the enterprise.

02 — Built for financial services

A CRM that speaks wealth, banking and insurance.

Your clients expect a private, high-touch experience. Your advisors and bankers are handling more relationships than ever.

Skydog implements Financial Services Cloud so the front office knows everything about the client — and the back office has the compliance trail to prove it.

    Household & relationship data model

Clients, households, related accounts, entities and beneficiaries — modeled the way advisors, bankers and RMs actually think about a book of business.

    Advisor & banker workflows

Onboarding, KYC, referrals, action plans and next-best-action queues that move relationships forward without drowning the front office in clicks.

    Compliance & audit-ready trails

Interaction logging, approvals, disclosures and record retention wired in from day one — so compliance and audit stop being a fire drill.

    AUM, pipeline & book-of-business reporting

A leadership view of AUM, net new assets, pipeline and advisor productivity — one source of truth across wealth, banking and insurance lines.

03 — Why clients build with Skydog

Financial Services Cloud is the client's first impression. We take that seriously.

Clients trust Skydog with this foundation because we build it to never have to be re-built. We nail it the first time. Every time.

    01

    Fluent in financial services.

Households, entities, ACATs, KYC, RMDs, referrals — we speak the language of wealth, banking and insurance operations.

    02

    Obsessed with advisor adoption.

Success is when advisors and bankers actually log into the CRM. We sit with the front office and stay through go-live until it sticks.

    03

    Compliance-grade by default.

Audit trails, disclosures, approvals and retention wired in from day one — so risk, legal and audit sign off without rework.

    04

    Built for the future.

Financial Services Cloud is the foundation. Agentforce, Data Cloud and client portals plug in cleanly when you're ready.

Let's build a Financial Services Cloud your clients actually feel.

    FAQ

    Common questions

What is Salesforce Financial Services Cloud?

Financial Services Cloud is a Salesforce edition built for financial institutions. It ships with a data model for clients, households, related accounts, and financial accounts, plus advisor and banker workflows, referral management, and compliance-oriented features that would otherwise be custom work in Sales Cloud.

Should we use Financial Services Cloud or Sales Cloud?

Choose Financial Services Cloud when relationships, households, entities, and regulated interaction history are central to the business. Sales Cloud is the better fit when the motion is a straightforward pipeline and the extra FSC objects would add cost without adding clarity.

How long does an FSC implementation take?

A first production release typically takes 10 to 16 weeks depending on data migration volume, integrations to core systems, and how many lines of business go live at once.

Can Skydog migrate us from an existing FSC org?

Yes. A large share of our FSC work is remediation of an existing org — repairing the data model, cleaning duplicated relationship records, and rebuilding workflows without taking the front office offline.
